What is Scrum vs Agile?
The question of what is Scrum versus Agile can be understood by recognising that Agile is a philosophy, a set of values and principles useful for product development under which several methodologies exist. Scrum, on the other hand, is one of these methodologies that embodies these Agile principles. Agile refers to the overarching approach that promotes iterative development, whereas Scrum provides a specific framework with defined roles, events, and artefacts.
Both strive for efficiency, flexibility, and collaboration, but Scrum offers a more structured process within the Agile spectrum.
