What are the three pillars of the Scrum?
The three pillars of Scrum are transparency, inspection, and adaptation. Transparency ensures that significant aspects of the process must be visible to those responsible for the outcome. Inspection involves regularly evaluating Scrum artifacts and progress towards a Sprint Goal to detect undesirable variances.
Adaptation requires adjusting the process or material being processed as soon as possible to minimize further deviation from agreed standards. These pillars support the empirical process control of Scrum, ensuring that any issues are identified and addressed promptly to maintain the integrity and efficiency of the team's workflow.
