How do you explain What are the 4 meetings in Scrum?Agile to someone? Agile is more about adopting a mindset or approach to project managementWhat are the 4 pillars of Scrum? than just following a methodology. If I were to summarise it in a few words, I'd describe it as iterative, incremental, flexible, collaborative, and adaptable.
