No. Accredited PRINCE2 certification requires a paid exam. Free primers exist, but they do not lead to certification.

Can I study PRINCE2 on my own?
Yes, you can study PRINCE2 independently. You can buy the official PRINCE2 manual, download the syllabus and sample exams from the PeopleCert website, and prepare on your own.
