How long should a daily Scrum be?

A daily Scrum should be strictly time-boxed to 15 minutes. This ensures discussions are quick but important. To maintain momentum, teams sometimes use weighted balls to promote pace.

For remote teams, extending beyond 15 minutes might be beneficial, even though sticking to the timebox is preferred.
