What is the Agile life cycle?
The Agile life cycle prioritises flexibility, iterative way of working, and customer-focused solutions in a dynamic tech sector. The Agile life cycle consists of multiple short iterations (sprints) which are planned in detail only up to the end of the coming sprint. This enables the development team to adapt quickly to changing business needs. The emphasis in an Agile life cycle is 'just enough design up front' rather than 'too much design up front' which is often the case with non-Agile life cycles.
