Are these tools really free?

Yes, completely. All Knowledge Train tools are free to use with no payment required at any point.

Do I need to create an account to use the tools?

No. You can use the tools without registering. Some tools offer the option to receive a personalised guide by email, but this is entirely optional.

Who are these tools designed for?

We have built tools for two audiences. Some – like the project role matcher – are aimed at individuals exploring or starting a career in project management. Others are designed for organisations making decisions about training investment or delivery methodology. Each tool page explains clearly who it is intended for.

When will the other tools be available?

The training ROI calculator and project method chooser are currently in development. We do not have confirmed launch dates yet, but if you use the role matcher and opt in to our emails, we will let you know when new tools go live.

Are these tools produced by qualified project management professionals?

Yes. All tools are developed by Knowledge Train, a specialist project management training provider with over 20 years of experience. The content is based on established frameworks and accredited methodologies, not generic advice.
