How long does it take to study for Agile?
How long it takes to study for Agile depends on your goals and study method, and availability. If your goals are just to learn some basics about Agile, then you could self-study and read up the basic resources about Agile. This would include reading the Agile manifesto. You could also read authoritative Agile web sites, and consider some introductory Agile courses such as Scrum Essentials.
If you want to study for other Agile qualifications then the typical duration of an Agile course is shown below both for classroom and self-paced online courses.
- Scrum Essentials: 8 hours self-paced elearning;
- AgilePM Foundation: 3 days or 37 hours self-paced elearning;
- AgilePM Practitioner: 2 days or 31 hours self-paced elearning;
- PRINCE2 Agile Foundation: 2 days or 12 hours self-paced elearning;
- PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner: 2 days or 21 hours self-paced elearning;
- Agile BA Foundation: 3 days or 37 hours self-paced elearning;
