What are the three key roles in Agile?
In Agile methodologies, three key roles are traditionally highlighted: the Scrum Master, the Scrum Product Owner, and the Development Team. The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating meetings and removing obstacles that impede the team's progress. The Product Owner has a vision for the product and is in charge of managing the backlog to ensure the delivery of value.
Finally, the Development Team collectively works on delivering the product incrementally and iteratively. Each role is crucial to maintain efficiency and keep the Agile process running smoothly.
