What is the 5 case model of better business cases?

The five case model of Better Business Cases is suggested for use by the guidance set out in the HMT Green Book, which is the central government’s guide for appraisal and evaluation. This model includes five essential elements: the Strategic Case, the Economic Case, the Commercial Case, the Financial Case, and the Management Case.
