What is Green Book training?
What is The Green Book? The Green Book is the primary guidance document published by HM Treasury for officials and analysts working on business cases and appraisals. In October 2020, the Chancellor reviewed the Green Book and released an updated version.
Additionally, in July 2021, guidance on the valuation of wellbeing was published, supplementing the Green Book.
