Is PMP or Scrum better?

Whether PMP® or Scrum is better depends on your goals in the project management field. If you're aiming to manage a variety of projects, PMP® might be more beneficial. However, if you're focusing on Agile projects, Scrum, particularly the CSM, could be more suitable.
