To get into Agile project management usually requires both experience of either project management and/or Agile, and a professional Agile project management qualification.

Choose a dedicated Agile project management qualification, not an Agile development method qualification such as Scrum. That's because Scrum is not designed for Agile project management. For Agile project management qualifications, you have two primary choices: AgilePM, and PRINCE2 Agile. Both these offer Foundation qualifications aimed at people starting to learn about Agile project management, and Practitioner qualifications aimed at more experienced people wanting to learn to apply Agile project management approaches on their projects.
