What is the difference between Agile and PRINCE2?
The difference between Agile and PRINCE2 lies primarily in their approach to project management. Agile is an iterative and flexible approach that focuses on delivering values and adapting quickly to changes. It promotes collaboration and encourages feedback for continuous improvement.
PRINCE2, on the other hand, is a structured methodology offering a detailed framework for managing projects with well-defined roles, responsibilities, and processes. While Agile is adaptive and made for changing environments, PRINCE2 provides a solid, organised structure for projects. Both are valuable, but their suitability depends on project specifics.
