What is the AgilePM course?

An AgilePM course is training where students learn about the Agile Project Framework which offers a flexible approach to managing Agile projects. AgilePM courses are available at both Foundation and Practitioner levels. The difference in the courses can be seen from the difference in learning outcomes shown below.

  • AgilePM Foundation (3 days classroom or 37 hours self-paced elearning). Students learn about the Agile philosophy, project lifecycle, products, techniques, roles, and exam requirements for the AgilePM Foundation.
  • AgilePM Practitioner (2 days classroom or 31 hours self-paced elearning). Students learn about how to apply DSDM principles, configure lifecycle, evaluate products, apply techniques, define roles, control mechanisms, manage requirements, estimate progress, and pass the AgilePM Practitioner exam.
