What is the PM Agile course?

The PM Agile course is known as AgilePM. There are two choices of PM Agile course - Foundation and Practitioner. The difference in the courses can be seen from the difference in learning outcomes shown below.

  • AgilePM Foundation (3 days classroom or 23 hours self-paced elearning). Students learn about the Agile philosophy, project lifecycle, products, techniques, roles, and exam requirements for the AgilePM Foundation.
  • AgilePM Practitioner (2 days classroom or 20 hours self-paced elearning). Students learn about how to apply DSDM principles, configure lifecycle, evaluate products, apply techniques, define roles, control mechanisms, manage requirements, estimate progress, and pass the AgilePM Practitioner exam.
