Which version are your weekend courses?

All our weekend PRINCE2 training courses are based upon the most recent version of PRINCE2 – the 2017 version.

Can I get extra exam time for language/medical reasons?

If English is not your native language, you can simply indicate this during registration with PeopleCert, and extra time will automatically be added to your exam. If you’re having trouble doing this, please contact us before the course.

For medical issues (such as dyslexia) please contact us before attendance to request extra time. You’ll normally need to provide a doctor’s note or other form of evidence.

Is Knowledge Train related to other companies with similar names?

No. We have no partner or subsidiary companies. However, we have noticed since we started in 2005 that other companies have tried to copy us by taking part of our name. That’s why you’ll see other PRINCE2 training providers with the word ‘Knowledge’ in the name. Always better to go with the original though rather than with cheap copies! Read our story here.

What about your trainers?

Where is the course venue?

Our weekend PRINCE2 courses take place at 14 Charterhouse Square, London, EC1M 6AX. Read more about our venues here.

I use a wheelchair. Can I get access to the venue?

This depends upon the venue. Please call us to check whether wheelchair access is provided.

Do your offer value for money?

Yes. Our training prices are competitive, all-inclusive and contain no hidden costs. Because we offer a high-quality training experience, you are far more likely to pass with us than with our cheaper competitors. If you are shopping around and want to compare other training providers, make sure you ask them these questions before you decide.

Do you offer discounts for group bookings?

Yes. Please contact us to discuss your requirements with our customer service staff.

Do you charge VAT?

We charge VAT at the standard rate of 20%. If you’re an individual paying yourself, you will have to pay the VAT, even if you live outside the UK. In some rare cases your organisation might be exempt from paying VAT. In such a situation, we normally need a certificate to prove VAT exemption.

How long does my booking confirmation take?

Bookings placed by 5pm on a working day are always processed same day. If we haven’t received payment for a booking, an invoice will be emailed to you. If we have received payment for a booking, joining instructions will be emailed to you for weekend courses confirmed to run.

Bookings placed outside business hours will be processed in the morning of the next working day following the same procedure above. That means if you want to book yourself onto one of our weekend PRINCE2 courses, we MUST receive your booking and payment by Friday of the day before the course starts.

For weekend courses not yet confirmed to run at the time of booking, a seat is reserved on the course when we process the booking. Joining instructions will be sent as soon as the course is confirmed to run. We ensure to notify the delegates of the course status at least 2 weeks before the course start date.
