This 4.5 day training course includes everything you need to gain the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner qualifications. These qualifications are widely regarded as essential for managing projects using PRINCE2. The course enables you to gain your Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner status which lasts for 5 years.

Our courses are designed and taught to give you the greatest chance of passing your exams. This is reflected in our PRINCE2 Practitioner exam pass rates of 83% (10% above the national average) and our PRINCE2 Foundation pass rate of 99% (2% above the national average).

We also like to save you time. Our exclusive online pre-course study materials have pinpointed the most essential aspects of the PRINCE2 syllabus. Why this qualification?

The PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner qualification is ideal if you are taking on more project work or are moving into a project management role. The training is delivered by an approved PRINCE2 trainer. The course is designed to give you a thorough understanding of PRINCE2 and to show you how to apply the method to different project scenarios. By the end of the course you should have learned enough to be able to apply PRINCE2 to simple projects.

Don’t worry if you haven’t any prior knowledge or experience of either PRINCE2 or project management, experience is not necessary for this course.

On this course you will learn about the PRINCE2 approach to projects – its principles, themes, processes, and techniques – and how to apply PRINCE2 to simple projects. You will also be well prepared to pass both the Foundation and Practitioner exams during the course.

This is the most common goal among our PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner students. Some of you may not call yourselves project managers in a formal sense, but if you are taking on more project-based work or moving into a project manager role then this course is suitable for you. Not only will you become PRINCE2 certified, but you will also learn a methodical approach which you can bring back and apply on your projects.

I am unemployed and want the qualification to put on my CV

Even if you are an experienced project manager and perhaps have been made redundant or are in between contracts, this course is suitable for you. Some previous students have told us that they were rejected from jobs because they didn’t have the PRINCE2 qualification on their CV. Course and exam structure

The course lasts for 4.5 days. There is some pre-course reading of approximately 3-4 hours. Homework of between 1-2 hours per night will be set.

On day 3 of the course, you will take the Foundation exam. This is a 1 hour multiple choice closed book exam containing 75 questions and must score a minimum of 35 correct answers to pass. Our current pass rate is 99.5% (UK National average 97%).

On day 5 you will sit the Practitioner exam. This is a 2.5 hour multiple choice open book exam containing 80 questions and you must score a minimum of 44 correct answers to pass. Our current pass rate is 83%, 10% higher than the UK National average.

Met all of my expectations

The course was effective and to the point. It met all of my expectations. Training materials were very helpful, although some more practice papers would be good. The venue was ok.

Kobus welcomed questions

Kobus was an engaging and informative trainer who kept the learning material relevant and concise. The pace was fast. However, this is reflective of the time allocated to this course and Kobus always sought confirmation of understanding and welcomed questions. My only recommendation is provide additional sample papers on the portal for the Practitioner part.

Great use of examples

Great course. Great trainer. Great use of examples to explain concepts. Would make the course a bit longer if possible. However, I received very useful course materials and pre-course study, which was tailored to people who are new to PRINCE2. We also had a very knowledgeable trainer, who really made the course a great experience.

Trainer was excellent

An intensive course with a lot of content. However, the trainer was excellent and very well conversed with the material. His excellent delivery methods made it easier to grasp and learn. Course materials were adequate and useful, being highly relevant and detailed. I could not think of a better approach. Overall, an excellent course that was well-delivered and a good justification for the cost.
