What are the three types of management products in PRINCE2?

PRINCE2 classifies management products as one of three types: baselines, records, and reports.

Baselines are products that are approved and subject to change control, such as the project plan and the project brief.

Records are products that are continuously updated, such as the issue register and the risk register.

Reports are snapshots of the project's status at a specific point in time, such as a weekly highlight report or an end stage report. These three categories of management products provide a framework for managing and tracking the various products that are created and used throughout the lifecycle of a PRINCE2 project.

By using these categories, project managers can ensure that they have the information they need to make informed decisions and keep the project on track.
