Course details

Learn project management in two days

This 2 day project management course will help you understand the most important project management skills and techniques which will help you deliver a successful project. This course is not quite as intensive as our 1 day project management course. It offers the additional benefit of learning the fundamentals of project management at a slower pace, in an environment which encourages you to bring your own project management experiences into the classroom.

This course is ideal if you are starting to manage projects and need to learn the most effective ways of delivering. Many delegates take this course as a preliminary to a PRINCE2 training course. No previous experience of project management is required.

The course will also provide you with an opportunity to discuss the practical problems that are common on many projects. You will leave the class having gained practical experience of applying the key project management techniques.

Who is this for?

Our delegates come from all walks of life and work in industries as diverse as media, events, marketing, charities, education, IT, health, banking, government, the military and from organizations ranging from 1 to over 100,000 employees. Our courses have helped all these individuals further their careers and skills in project management.

If your career goals differ from the ones listed please feel free to discuss your goals with our specialist advisors on 0207 148 5985. They can advise you on choosing a course which best suits your career.
