How to use it

the MoSCoW prioritisation technique is simple to use. Firstly, you’ll need a list of the customer’s requirements. A great way to use MoSCoW is in a workshop with users. Brainstorm a list of requirements, writing each one on a post-it note and then apply MoSCoW.

It is also commonly used during Scrum planning meetings to prioritise user stories for the next sprint.
