What do you learn in PRINCE2 Agile?
On a PRINCE2 Agile Foundation course, you will learn the fundamental principles and concepts of PRINCE2 and Agile. This includes PRINCE2 Agile terminology, the five areas of focus in PRINCE2 Agile, the PRINCE2 Agile targets, the PRINCE2 Agile behaviours, and the concept of fixing and flexing the project scope and quality.
On a PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course, you will learn how to apply PRINCE2 Agile to a non-complex project scenario. This will include learning how to customize and tailor PRINCE2 to fit the specific needs and requirements of an agile project context, and how to apply the PRINCE2 Agile behaviours, meet targets, and focus on those areas most valuable.
You will also learn how to answer questions based on a case study scenario in the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam.
By completing a PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course, you will gain the knowledge and skills you need to successfully pass the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam and become a certified PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner.
