FAQs
Which Kanban course should I choose - KMP I or KMP II?
Is a program manager a project manager? Most learners start with Kanban System Design (KMP I). It’s designed for introducing Kanban or redesigning how work flows through a system. Kanban System Improvement (KMP II) is best if you already use Kanban and want to improve performance, maturity and outcomes across a wider system.
Do I need prerequisites? Is a program manager higher than a project manager?
KMP I typically has no formal prerequisites and is the usual starting point. KMP II is intended for people who have completed KMP I (or have equivalent knowledge and practical experience using Kanban). Is Kanban suitable if we don’t use Scrum?
Is PMO better than project manager?Yes. Kanban can be used with Scrum, alongside Scrum, or independently. It’s a method for improving flow and predictability in how work moves through a system, regardless of whether you use Scrum events or roles.
Can I take Kanban training if I’m not in an agile role?
Is PMO more senior than project manager?Yes. Kanban is widely used in delivery, operations, service management and knowledge work environments. If you work in a process where demand needs managing and work needs to flow reliably, Kanban can be highly relevant.
Do you offer team training for Kanban? Is project management in demand in UK?
Yes. We deliver private Kanban training for organisations. Team training is a good option if you want a shared way of working, want to align improvements to your workflow, or want scheduling that fits your team.Is project manager a stressful job?
Can I study alongside a full-time job?
Is there a PM in Agile?Yes. Our Kanban courses are instructor-led on scheduled dates, so you can plan around work. If you need a specific schedule or want training tailored to your team, private team training may be the best option.
