You don’t need to be a certified project manager or AI specialist. Familiarity with projects, programmes or portfolio governance is helpful, but the course focuses on understanding how AIPGF structures AI project governance.
How is the AIPGF Foundation course delivered?
The course is delivered live online by an instructor. You join scheduled sessions, take part in explanations, discussions and case-based examples, and prepare for the AIPGF Foundation exam.
What does the AIPGF Foundation exam involve?
The exam is a 40-question, 40-minute, closed-book multiple-choice exam. You need 20 correct answers out of 40 (50%) to pass and achieve AIPGF Foundation certification.
Is AIPGF Foundation a prerequisite for Practitioner?
AIPGF materials recommend Foundation (or equivalent knowledge) before Practitioner. Taking AIPGF Foundation first gives you the theoretical understanding you need to apply the Framework at Practitioner level.
How does AIPGF relate to methods like PRINCE2 or Agile?
