PRINCE2 and Project Management training courses

When I went to Knowledge Train for my PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner course, I did not know the quality of training that will be offered, as I was not recommended by anybody. At the end of the course, I have to say, I made the best decision to go to Knowledge Train – the trainer was amazing and made the difficult topics so very comprehendible with live examples, offering help and guidance whenever required during the 5 days of the training. Thank you Knowledge Train and I will definitely recommend Knowledge Train to friends and colleagues eager to take PRINCE2 training.

I found the course well structured, and the trainer extremely well informed – there was a great balance between home learning and class room based examples that led to a successful passing of the exams. I would recommend this course to anyone who wishes to do PRINCE2 – and especially anyone who feels nervous about not having done any classroom based learning for a while.

Having been a trainer, and training manager, I'd unreservedly recommend Knowledge Train to any potential PRINCE2 candidates. I have done so on price alone, yet having just undertaken the PRINCE2 Practitioner course I can only say that the whole training experience (meaning from initial enquiry through to course delivery and examination) was first rate.

The trainer is an excellent coach and teacher. He set a very clear objective at the beginning of the week, which was to ensure the class was thoroughly prepared and equipped to pass the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner papers. He has a thorough knowledge and deep understanding of the subject matter contained in the PRINCE2 2009 manual, and importantly is able to apply his experience as well as his students' to bring the content to life. He handles questions and objections respectfully, acknowledging that different companies manage their projects using methods other than PRINCE2, while maintaining a focus on the course objective. He covers all the 'need-to-know' content thoroughly including exam technique, and where possible covers 'nice-to-know' as well. Highly recommended.

I thought the trainer was an excellent teacher, using plenty of real-world examples to bring the subject matter to life and to explain the different concepts. He knew the subject inside out and was able to answer questions from the group in a very clear and concise manner. It was a tough 5 days taking on so much information in such a short amount of time but I don’t think I could have had a better experience anywhere else. I will be recommending Knowledge Train to anyone that expresses an interest in taking the PRINCE2 certification and am looking to change career to put what I have learnt into practice.
