Can I do PMQ without PFQ?

You can do PMQ without completing PFQ first. Unlike PRINCE2, PFQ is not a prerequisite for PMQ. The suitable course depends on your experience.

APM PFQ is aimed at those with little to no project management experience, while APM PMQ is ideal for those with a couple of years' experience.
