Very specific and detailed

The course was very helpful. It covered the PRINCE2 methodology concisely but fully. Everything ran exactly on time, and by the time I took the exams, I felt well-prepared and confident. The instructor was very experienced and well-prepared. He was clear in his presentation and his answers, and very patient and helpful. The materials were very well-suited to the course and easy to work with. The facility was practical, but also well-suited to the training.

Attempting to cover all of PRINCE2 in a week's course is ambitious and leads to a very intense course.
However, the approach taken seems to work and the allowance for experiencing the Practitioner exam approach is welcomed.

Very interactive - I had limited knowledge of PRINCE2 prior to the course however, the trainer simplified processes and components were broken down to assist learning/ teaching. All examples were relevant and practicable.

Initial contact with Knowledge Train was very good in contrast to other providers. This was confirmed as the trainer was an excellent instructor with great depth of knowledge. A little more detail on project assurance would be my only feedback. Coffee machines may not work very well!

Was extremely informative and helpful in navigating the uncharted waters of PRINCE2. The trainer really made understanding the terminology easy due to his really clever way of comparing the subject matter to real world examples which helped me a lot.
Really recommend the course as I don't think I would have passed the Foundation course otherwise.
