Introduction to Project Management - 1 day

This 1 day course enables you to learn the key principles and techniques of successful project management. This course is ideal if you are new to project management and are looking to learn how to manage or support projects. This also acts as a taster course for you if you are contemplating project management as a career.

Fundamentals of Project Management - 2 days

This 2 day course enables you to learn the key principles and techniques of successful project management, as well as gaining practical experience of their application. This is a step up from the 1 day course as the extra day provides the opportunity to cover more topics in detail, discuss common problems and ways of dealing with them.
