PRINCE2 online – coming soon!

Knowledge Train first introduced its PRINCE2 online training platform in July 2009, providing both Foundation and Practitioner students with online access to the accredited training organisation’s exclusive pre-course reading material. In addition to the PRINCE2® preparation package, comprising a thorough introduction to one of the world’s leading project management methodologies, the platform boasts a host of interactive elements to support learning.

While preparing for a classroom-based PRINCE2 course, students can test their knowledge with the pre-course quiz and attempt sample exams (including valuable performance feedback). The discussion forum, with answers to common questions about the training programme, and online chat feature provide the opportunity for groups of students to get to know one another and share project management ideas, before they step into the classroom. Easy and convenient to use, the e-Learning platform surely possesses considerable advantages over the old way of preparing for a PRINCE2 course - studying alone, with bulky materials.

Encouraged by the success of the e-Learning platform, Knowledge Train is in the process of expanding this resource, in order to encompass a series of PRINCE2 online training courses, beginning with PRINCE2 Foundation computer-based training (or ‘CBT’). PRINCE2 distance learning via the Internet is ideal, as we recognise, for individuals who are unable to attend a classroom based training course, whether as a consequence of their busy schedule or location. Online training courses also offer greater flexibility with regard to student’s learning.
