We also like to save you time. Our exclusive online pre-course study materials have pinpointed the most essential aspects of the PRINCE2 syllabus. Why this qualification?
The PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner qualification is ideal if you are taking on more project work or are moving into a project management role. If you work as part of a project team and are just looking to learn an overview of PRINCE2, then the standalone Foundation course should be more suited to you.
The training is delivered by an approved PRINCE2 trainer. The course is designed to give you a thorough understanding of PRINCE2 and to show you how to apply the method to different project scenarios. By the end of the course you should have learned enough to be able to apply PRINCE2 to simple projects.
Don’t worry if you haven’t any prior knowledge or experience of either PRINCE2 or project management, experience is not necessary for this course.
On this course you will learn about the PRINCE2 approach to projects – its principles, themes, processes, and techniques – and how to apply PRINCE2 to simple projects. You will also be well prepared to pass both the Foundation and Practitioner exams during the course.
Who is this for?
Our delegates come from all walks of life and work in all industries and in organizations ranging from 1 to over 100,000 employees. Our courses have helped all these individuals further their careers and skills in project management.
If your career goals differ from the ones listed below, please feel free to discuss your goals with our specialist advisors on 0207 148 5985. They can advise you on choosing a course which best suits your career.
I currently work on projects and want to learn new skills to bring back to work
This is the most common goal among our PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner students. Some of you may not call yourselves project managers in a formal sense, but if you are taking on more project-based work or moving into a project manager role then this course is suitable for you. Not only will you become PRINCE2 certified, but you will also learn a methodical approach which you can bring back and apply on your projects.
I am unemployed and want the qualification to put on my CV
Even if you are an experienced project manager and perhaps have been made redundant or are in between contracts, this course is suitable for you. Some previous students have told us that they were rejected from jobs because they didn’t have the PRINCE2 qualification on their CV. If you are unemployed or in between contracts you will appreciate the wide recognition which PRINCE2 has obtained, and your new PRINCE2 certification can act as a stepping stone to help you back into employment.
I want to change career and work in project management
One of the great things about attending a PRINCE2 course is that you don’t need any experience before attending. We have trained beginners who are from unrelated backgrounds such as consultancy, military, merchandising and even nursing; all of which may or may not have included elements of project work. If you are motivated towards a successful career transition you can be confident that PRINCE2 is one of the hottest certifications around.
I want to organize PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner training for my colleagues
If your organization wants to train its staff in the world’s most popular project management methodology, then we can help. We’ve been delivering in-house PRINCE2 training for over 10 years. Our knowledgeable and dedicated trainers can help your staff get quickly up to speed with PRINCE2 and help them gain professional PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner certification as well.

I would recommend to my colleagues!
James training style was good, it all falls into place. He was an excellent teacher. James used good examples, he was very patient with all the questions anyone had. He used a lot of real-life examples to help us understand the content better. I would recommend to my colleagues!

James had a fantastic teaching style
I think that the course was very well structured, and a lot of thought had been put into it. Our trainer James had a fantastic teaching style. His lessons were interesting, and it had a very good pace. It would have been beneficial to do more practice papers, but I understand that only two are available now.
The room was a perfect size for our class, and I am pleased that I choose a provider who runs smaller classes.

James was a fantastic teacher.
Great course! James was a fantastic teacher. He applied a lot of real-life scenarios rather than putting an entire focus on passing the exams. The content was great.

Lectures by Susan were well organised
Lectures by Susan were well organised, and she helped me to understand PRINCE2. The administration was good. The only thing that was a pity was that we received the official book on site. It would have been better if I had the book prior to the course to prepare myself.

Excellent course! Susan’s very lively style made a rather dry topic very digestible and she prepared us very well for the exams. Course materials were very good. The pre-course was not too much, but very useful and helpful. The additional binder was very helpful as well.
Very nice venue. It was a good location and room was a good size for us students.
