Course details

This 3 day course offers you the chance to gain the exciting new PRINCE2 Agile qualification. This qualification has been created as an add-on for qualified PRINCE2 Practitioners who want to use agile methods alongside the PRINCE2 framework.

Agile method has become increasingly popular in recent years, with organisations across all industries realising the benefits and successes it can bring.

Combining both PRINCE2 and agile methods creates a more powerful approach, offering the flexibility of agile, but still retaining the authority and strength of PRINCE2.

When PRINCE2 and agile are blended together, a project’s direction, management and product delivery are all addressed, unlike when you solely use PRINCE2 or agile on their own.

The new PRINCE2 Agile qualification will examine how PRINCE2 and agile work effectively together, when to use each approach and how to tailor the two.

The guidance given in the PRINCE2 Agile manual is suitable for PRINCE2 projects in any industry which incorporate agile methods.

Knowledge Train is based in London and is a PRINCE2 Agile Accredited Training Organisation, which means you can be confident that our course conforms to the highest standards of project management training.

"I attended PRINCE2 weekend course (Foundation and Practitioner) this April. I got to know about this course by looking at websites of various companies offering this course and then checking out Knowledge Train website. I decided to go for Knowledge Train for their good reviews/ratings. The cost of the course was reasonable too as compared to some other companies. Special thanks to Nick (trainer) for his excellent teaching and delivery method"
