Both the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner qualifications are accredited change management qualifications. I want to retrain for a new career in change management
This course is perfect for aspiring change managers. The Change Management Foundation & Practitioner qualifications will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need for managing change within the workplace. However, employers do also prefer candidates to have some experience gained managing change.
Structure
The course lasts for 5 days. There is precourse reading and homework will be set. On day 3 of the course, you will take the Change Management Foundation exam. This is a 40-minute multiple choice closed book exam containing 50 questions and you must score a minimum of 25 correct answers to pass.
On day 5 of the course, you will take the Change Management Practitioner exam. This is a 2.5 hour open-book exam with questions based on a case study. The exam has 4 questions at 20 marks each and you must score 40 marks to pass.
