This 4-day weekend course includes everything you should need to achieve the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner qualifications, which are widely regarded as essential for managing projects using PRINCE2. The Foundation is held on Saturday and Sunday; the Practitioner is held on the next Saturday and Sunday. The course is ideal for busy professionals, because you won’t need to take any time off work to attend it.
The course is held during two consecutive weekends:
Saturday and Sunday – Foundation training and exam
The next Saturday and Sunday – Practitioner training and exam
The training is designed to give you a thorough understanding of PRINCE2, as well as showing you how to apply the method to the different styles of exam questions. You will learn about the PRINCE2 approach to projects – its principles, themes, processes, and techniques – and be well prepared to pass the Foundation and Practitioner exams during the course.
