Knowledge Train is well known for offering PRINCE2 training in London, which is an ideal location for many people who are based in England. If you are based in Ireland, it is likely to be more convenient for you to attend PRINCE2 training in Belfast / NI, in order to avoid the cost of travelling to England for your course. PRINCE2 training is regularly available in both locations.
When planning to attend PRINCE2 training, you should take into account the purpose of the various levels of PRINCE2. The Foundation level is your starting point; it is ideal when you need to understand how PRINCE2 works. The Practitioner level is the (optional) next step; it is ideal when you need to understand how PRINCE2 can be applied to projects. If you do not aspire to being a project manager, the Foundation level is likely to be sufficient for your needs. If you aim either to work as a project manager or improve your current performance in the role, with the aid of PRINCE2, the Foundation and Practitioner levels are both recommended. The two levels of PRINCE2 can be studied as separate courses. Alternatively, they can be combined to make a 5-day course – an intense, popular option for PRINCE2 training.
Due to the intense nature of the training, it is advisable to try and avoid being distracted by work commitments, in order to focus as much as you can on completing your PRINCE2 course successfully. Of course, many PRINCE2 students lead very busy professional lives, and so it may not always be possible for them to put work-related tasks entirely to one side for the duration of their course. If you are able to ask a colleague to cover for you during your absence from the office, however, you are likely to reap the rewards during the training sessions.
In whichever location you take your PRINCE2 course, we wish you a great deal of success with it!
