This short guide was written to assist students attending one of our classroom courses based upon the 2005 version of the PRINCE2 framework. It was intended as a quick to read and easy to understand overview of the PRINCE2 method. It was not designed to replace the official PRINCE2 manual, but instead to be used as a supplement to the manual.
The 2005 version of PRINCE2, has been superseded since June 2009, with the 2009 version. Students who attend one of our 2009 courses, are given access to an updated version of this guide, in order to help prepare them for the classroom course based upon the newer 2009 version.
The 2009 version of PRINCE2 is commonly understand as representing the most up to date best practices in project management.
