1. Submission of this form by fax or e-mail constitutes an order for the specified course and acceptance of the terms and conditions stated on this form.
2. All fees are subject to VAT @15%, irrespective of the delegate’s country of residence.
3. All course fees must be cleared through KnowledgeTrain's bank account two weeks before the start-date of the course.
4. Pre-course reading materials will not be sent to candidates until payment has been cleared.
5. KnowledgeTrain reserves the right to charge interest on late payments at 5% above Bank of England base rate. Interest will be charged monthly.
6. Prices of courses quoted on KnowledgeTrain's website include the cost of sending pre-course materials to an address in the UK. Where students living outside of the UK require course materials to be sent to their country of residence, this will incur additional delivery fees.
7. Cancellations: A course may be cancelled if written notice is received at least four weeks prior to a course. In such cases a fee of £25 will be chargeable. Proof of receipt of written notice will be required. If a cancellation notice is received between four and two weeks prior to the course, there will be a penalty charge of 50% of the course fees. If notice is received less than two weeks before the course, then no part of the course fee will be refunded.
8. Amendments: The delegate may request to change the date of a course up to two weeks in advance of the start-date. There will be a fee of £25 if a written request is received more than four weeks in advance of the course. There will be a fee of £125 if a written request is received between two and four weeks in advance of the course. No changes will be allowed less than two weeks prior to the start-date. The delegate may change the course date only once. All fees are subject to VAT @15%.
9. KnowledgeTrain reserves the right to cancel any course up to one working-day prior to the start-date. In the case of a cancellation by KnowledgeTrain, all course fees paid will be refunded.
10. In no circumstances will KnowledgeTrain be liable to refund any amount in excess of the agreed fee. This applies in particular (but is not limited) to any traveling, subsistence or consequential expenses incurred by the delegate.
11. KnowledgeTrain reserves the right to make any necessary changes to advertised courses.
12. Public courses may be undertaken in rented accommodation, such as hotel conference rooms or similar. Customers agree that they understand this and shall advise KnowledgeTrain if this is likely to be inappropriate for any delegates concerned.
13. Lunch and tea/coffee refreshments shall be provided by Knowledge Train. All other subsistence requirements are the responsibility of the delegates.
14. Exam re-sits: Where applicable, delegates shall only qualify for a free examination/course re-sit if they attend all sessions of the original course, perform all pre-course reading and complete all homework. One free re-sit is included with public PRINCE2 courses at standard and “Early Bird” prices only. There is no free re-sit included with courses offered at any other reduced rates such as “Special Offers”. The free re-sit must be taken within four weeks of KnowledgeTrain issuing notification of examination failure. In-house training will only include course/examination re-sits by special agreement.
Students not eligible for the free re-sit guarantee must pay the fee associated with retaking any examination. Delegates on the PRINCE2 Practitioner (5 day) course who fail the Foundation examination will not receive a refund of the course or exam fees, but may continue to attend the Practitioner training module and retake the Foundation exam on the final day of the course. Once the delegate has passed the Foundation exam, the Practitioner exam will be arranged for a later exam session.
15. PRINCE2 Practitioner (3+2 day): the gap between these two courses must not be more than 1 month.
